Despite the fact that your Home Owners Association is quorate, do you have no one to volunteer to lead it? No one is willing to take responsibility for the contractual relationships and obligations that concern your HOA? No one to deal with the problems that have been with your HOA for a long time?

The solution we can offer you is to have a Professional Chairman act as the statutory body of the HOA. The price is around 7 thousand crowns per month, depending on the nature and size of the HOA.
