When we decided to give our company a new look, we knew it wouldn't just be about the logo or colors. We wanted to create something that would truly be ours—something that would make sense to us and the people around us. And so NESTERA was born – short for New ESTate ERA. A new era in real estate and finance that combines an unconventional approach, comprehensive services, and a human touch.

What does NESTERA mean?
NESTERA is not just a brand. It is a philosophy. We believe that real estate and financial services can be different – transparent, interconnected, and, above all, understandable. Our four main pillars are:

In the area of development, we offer comprehensive services – from the initial idea, through securing project financing, setting pricing and marketing strategies, to sales and establishing homeowners' associations. Everything under one roof, efficiently and with an emphasis on results. We have been very successful in this segment recently. We have established cooperation with several new developers who have recognized our added value and are already benefiting from our know-how. For example, we have helped them:
• obtain more favorable financing,
• increase the list prices of apartments,
• increase the conversion of inquiries,
• set advance payments for the entire building

Thanks to our interconnected approach, we are a reliable partner and stand by our clients at every stage of the project.

A brand that bears our signature
We took ownership of the entire brand creation process. No "someone else will come up with it for us." Over coffee, between meetings, and during evening brainstorming sessions, we fine-tuned, sketched, and selected. The result is an identity we are truly proud of. A logo that has style and lightness. And above all, a brand that bears our signature.

And because we cared so much about it, we had some beautiful things made – caps, notepads, pencils... little things that remind us every day that we're heading in the right direction.

Our mascot? A parrot with personality
And now something that really makes us happy – we adopted a parrot. Yes, you read that right. We adopted a beautiful Nestor Kea parrot from the Prague Zoo.
🦜 Nestor Kea is an endemic species that lives only in New Zealand. It is known for its high intelligence, curiosity, and playfulness. A little mischievous, a little thoughtful – in short, the ideal mascot for our NESTERA team. Not only in name, but also in character, it perfectly captures our team: smart, curious, courageous, and original.
We even have an adoption certificate and a photo, which you definitely shouldn't miss – apparently he looks really good with us!
